A female Jack Russell terrier-type dog was brought into the offices of Herald-Gazette after being found on Park Place 2 nights ago.

That's is a cute little dog.
Is the person who found the dog caring for it until the owner can be located?

anyone want a daschund. Very good dog with children very very loving dog but we just cant get him house broken. Vet says that dog is about 2 years old or so. He got all his shots and up to date on everything when we got him a month or two ago. He dont pee he just leaves a little hard poo pellets around. I have 2 other dogs but the wife brought this one home too.

Tanya, if indeed my wife is sincere about wanting to get rid of it, is there a way i can contact you. Maybe email. I wouldnt post your # up on here too much..LOL

and 3.1.1.1 if this is S.G. you better get real. LOL. I compromise on things but when im 100% against something, that is the bottom line.
About the dog though, i like the dog. It is a really loving one. It would be a wonderful dog at a nursing home or something. I have never been around a dog that is so in love with children and people.

The only reason I want to get rid of him, is because I'm having a time getting him house broke. He's about halfway there. When we got the dog we were told he was already house broke...then once we got him home, well it's a different story. We just aren't home enough to take as much time with him on house breaking him. Other than that he is an EXCELLENT dog. He is great with our 3 year old son, just the most loving dog you could ever have. I am seriously considering giving him away. i live on board walk so i have no idea who's dog it is.
