she would suffer more with life without parole. I commented on death sentences in another topic on here. They have way too much priveleges and rights. The ONLY down side to UDS inmates is that the state will put you down instead of dying of natural causes. However if you are not in perfect health the state can not kill you. Does that make sense. UDS (under death sentence) inmates come out of their cells and function with the rest of the inmates that are in their group for about 5 hours a day. If you get life without more than likely you are gonna spend 23 hours locked down. This is the case with male offenders at the super max prison in jackson (the new one). It is much more of a punishment to get life without than death. Not sure how the UDS female part works. There is only one or 2 females with a UDS status in the state i believe.

Ill be you that. This was a hideous crime that was pre planned and covered up. If him and her was arguing and in the heat of things she shot him then yea she would be out. No way Jose she will be out in 7 or less. This falls under a different classification of a crime and murder.

Let me rephrase myself. Life without may not be an option but im saying no way she will be out in 7 years. I should have made myself clearer when i posted.

supposed to go to grand jury in september...then, who knows. the alleged killers have far more rights than their victim did.

It takes a seriously SICK person to go to the funeral of the man you killed, who happens to be your husband. I hope she gets exactly what she deserves. I think living out the rest of her life in prision with this guilt on her conscious is self destructing in itself. BUT she killed a great man and in ways, she deserves the same.

I think that she deserves the death penalty. In order for her to kill him like she did it had to be premeditated. And I think that her father should go to jail to for conspiracy because I think that he knew about it and helped her cover it up by giving that bogus story about her being choked until she passed out. Buzz was a nice man, and what ever the motive the price he had to pay should not have been his life. SO for that she should be sentenced to death.
