A man charged with shooting his neighbor and alleged methamphetamine dealer in the face with a high-powered rifle entered not guilty pleas to multiple charges in Lamar County superior court today.
And what does the defendant hope to gain from it? Is it like gambling that he'll get off scot-free?
If someone is guilty of a crime, would it be to his advantage to just go ahead and plead guilty or is a "not guilty" the way to go?
just because he and she have been deemed guilty by the bloggers of the H.G. they are still entitled to a trial by their peers and yes it will be the burden of the state to prove them guilty.
