On this day 8 years ago the United States of America was violated in a way it had not been violated before.
The September 11 attacks were a series of coordinated suicide attacks by Al-Qaeda upon the United States on September 11, 2001. On that morning, 19 Al-Qaeda terrorists hijacked four commercial passenger jet airliners. The hijackers intentionally crashed two of the airliners into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, killing everyone on board and many others working in the buildings. Both buildings collapsed within two hours, destroying nearby buildings and damaging others.

I lived in Brooklyn for quite some time prior to moving back home to Barnesville.
Because of where I lived (just over the Manhattan bridge) I was able to walk about 5 minutes down to the riverside and take some pictures. It was a defining night for me as more than 50 people were also down there staring across the river and taking pictures and telling their own stories of 9/11.
May GOD BLESS our troops, our dead, and the families of all those who lost loved ones both in the tragedy and in the battles against terrorists in the years since 9/11/01...

America has a short attention span and will not react until a LARGER attack occurs.
Symptoms of Pandemic Apathy are invisible and not manifested as those of the Swine Flu.
There are no vaccinations to prevent Pandemic Apathy from infecting those who are not directly affected.
An accepted position taken by most is, "if it does not affect me, I will have compassion, but, go on with my life".

of us with the desire to preserve our FREEDOM against those who seek to destroy our way of life. That was the case for a short time, but, apathy took over and became PANDEMIC!
Lost in the, 'Remember 911' celebrations, are the facts that America and the world are
constantly being attacked by Muslim KILLERS. Their Jihad allows justification for the killing of ANYONE who is not a Muslim. These fanatics won't stop until their "Holy War" has been won by eliminating all 'infidels'.
WE ARE AT WAR! Muslim fanatics guided by religious dogma will inevitably succeed in a larger mass murder on American soil.

is 'wall-to-wall' generating huge revenues while smearing their ointment of REMEMBERANCE.
On January 20, 2009, the government of The United States Of America began a path of internal self-destruction. Within the past 8 months, the United States citizenry has become unanimously fractured and polarized. This is reminiscent of the 1861 era and the beginning of 'The War Of Northern Aggression'.
Our country needs to detour from the PC Rocky Road and enter the freeway of Common Sense.

The purpose of terrorism is to in still a sense of fear, that in time, would paralyze a population by institution of unrealistic and oppressive defense strategies. The best defense we could have would be to keep phobic psychos like Dick Cheney in check, install reasonable defense measure and not allow it to change in any way of what was normal life before the attack.
Would it be because he shines a bright light on the comrades of the American Politburo?
The photo of the young Marine blown apart by an RPG last week was hardly "filtering and sanitizing". Was that to your liking?
