Our Trojans seem to be very good football players, on a scale of 1 - 10, with 10 being a perfect student and 1 being some one that does not complete assignments / homework.
Please rate our Trojans as students.

Whoever posted this is a moron. What are you trying to prove? And in what way do you think a teacher could give a number from 1-10 grading the entire teams academics? There are some great athletes on the team and some students struggle more than others in coursework, this is the same in every school all over the globe, regardless of how many wins their sports teams have. I know that there won't be any real Lamar County teachers replying to your crap post anyway. Teachers care too much and realize that you can't grade the entire team with one number when so many students, with various degrees of success are represented.
I hope the team's success on the field does not come with false hopes for the young men playing.
I would love to see every young man on that field with AT LEAST a Hope scholarship. Is the school giving them that opportunity and is the student taking advantage of educational opportunities given?
As I said, just a simple question without insults.
Okay, I get it. I didn't mean to come across so harsh, just seemed like another post aimed at bringing down the school system's efforts. I sincerely hope that all the students can at least get the hope scholarship as well, although if they plan on going anywhere other than Gordon, Hope only covers tuition - not room and board. Some of the players, if they work hard enough, could gain exposure to college scouts with their success, and football scholarships often equal full-rides! Now I know that is rare and would probably only be realistic for several players on the entire roster but we have some payers, QB Mike in particular, that have great talent and could be considered for training at the next level. I wish all the players well this year, hope they continue to have a great year, and wish them even more success in their future academics. And to the poster, I apologize, I know your intentions were in the right place, and I although I didn't agree with rating the entire team, I apologize for being harsh.
Great experience! Good football, good band, good cheerleaders, good announcer, good seat, good company....WOW...and we won the game, too! The potential has been there for a long time, just glad it has come together!!
Great game Trojans!!! We are going all the way this season! The crowd needs to bring the BLUE THUNDER back! We were a little slack in the cheering tonight. Come on everybody lets show our TROJAN PRIDE!!!
i hear the guy in charge of the video board is going to put up SHAKE DOWN THE THUNDER!!! periodically during the games from now on. Fans, that means stomp the hell out of the stands and make it sound like the BLUE STORM is coming.
They should put "We Will Rock You" up as well and have the board flash to the beat so everyone will join it. Stomp! Stomp! Clap! Sounded great when it got going Friday Night!!

Kicked from the 31 yard line.
I think by the end of the season he will easily break my in game record of 44.
GO BIG BLUE!!!
