its the ajc what do you expect from a black news paper?and the dumb A's at ajc cant figure out why nobody buys their papper anymore its not even worth using to clean fish on and wrap the guts in!

Your an idiot, it made very good points on how or sorry ass courts hand out the death penalty to only cretin crimes where there are far more deserving ones that are not getting prosecuted. It's just like people who get ten years in prison for have some weed and a child molester only gets probation. Your probably the guy who wants the white child molester to be allowed to go home to his family and the black weed smoker to get ten years.

The AJC sucked. The only newspaper we all need is the Herald Gazette. I always say if you have the latest Herald and Dane living in your town.... you need nothing else.

I dont know why you would want the AJC unless you where going to be there alot. I must agree with my dad when he says[YOU CAN GIVE THAT CONCRETE JUNGLE BACK TO THE INDIANS]. After reading the AJC article, it brought back a memory of my old college days, when I took Statistics. The Professor said when you want to do an analysis, what do you want it to say? Then make your data to support your claim.
I feel that is all I read in the AJC Article, was someone trying to sell their case, and attempting to make it totally factual. I wonder what was left out, or omitted, because it gave a different perspective to the subject.
I feel this was a long dissertation that was only to promote the writers opinion. Nothing more.

i say no death penalty. I have worked on death row for a little while. There is way too much freedom in G-house. They need to get life without and be confined to their cell for 23 hrs a day for the rest of their life instead of being out for 4-7 hrs a day with all the other perks. The only down side to death row is that the state will put you to sleep ONE DAY. who knows when. 20yrs 30yrs.. etc

I got info since the lead investigator is ousted by Waller milam has the perfect reason not to seek death penalty I believe this is perfect for milam he doesn't have to do anything. and Waller he'll try to blame everyone else for his incompetence.maybe Waller and milam are working together

That's right - blame Waller and he WAS NOT the sheriff when this crime was committed. With the incompetency of the previous administration so very plain to see, the outcome of this trial would not surprise me. Yes Milam and Waller will work together -- but not in the manner you would have us believe. Old Joe just did it any way he chose, not with the rules of the law in place. Guess you want him back, huh? God forbid. All law enforcement people and the judiciary system work together or should work together. Maybe now they will.
