Energy-saving and water-efficient products will be sold without sales taxes in Georgia for a four-day period beginning Thursday.
Georgians will not pay state or local sales taxes on the purchase of Energy Star-qualified or WaterSense-labeled products that cost $1,500 or less per item.

Wonder why it is only for 4 days. Cap and trade would be forever. A few days break but screwed forever.
