There was one garishly painted beat up Caprice with shiny new 26 inch wheels parked there. The driver was a very popular guy and probably was a local athlete, musician or politician. People continually approached his jacked up ol' Chevy to chat for a few seconds and then hastily beat feet with grins on all their faces. The BMOC must have eaten onions for lunch resulting in ultra bad breath to cause such short visits with his homies.
