Milam: Clark case a priority

Although her alleged partner in crime has been sentenced to life in prison and has agreed to testify against her, it will be some time before accused killer Jennifer Clark goes to trial for beating her ex-husband to death with a baseball bat.

I agree, I don't understand why they let them sit in prison for a long time waiting tax money, that's a great way to cut cost down.......

Maybe he will prosecute this one instead of plea bargining. He did a plea on a guy caught with a stolen car and gun in Forsyth and that guy turned out to be a murderer. Not only had he already commited a murder for wheels he was later convicted of, he shot a young man at the Forsyth Dairy Queen for his wheels after getting off light on the stolen car and gun possession rap through a plea deal. This girl is probably a one-time murderer not someone who kills people for car wheels. Anyone with a stolen car and gun should never get a plea deal.

No pleas, The case you are talking about was in Forsyth. The Defendant was charged with theft by receiving for having a gun in a backpack and misdemeanor obstruction for running from the police. The Defendant HAD NOT killed anyone prior to this plea. The plea occurred years before the Warner Robbins murder or the shooting in Forsyth. If the DA could foretell the future I'm sure the Defendant would have gotten a stronger sentence but since he can't, the DA can only sentence defendants for the crimes they commit not the crimes they might commit.

Joshua Dupree Rounsoville shot and killed Mario Maurice Smith for his wheels and stereo August 24 2008 in Warner Robbins.

He shot Zapareo Glover August 10 2008 for his wheels.

This is the type of character Milam plea bargins with.

Take a look @ the Monroe County paper. Rounsoville was tried and convicted by a jury and received Life plus 80 years for the Glover shooting. There was no plea bargain.

Everyone is innocent untill proven GUILTY!!! lets not jump the gun in this case. No one really knows what happened but, donald,jennifer and her alleged boyfriend.

Let's just look at facts that we do know.
Donald was beat to death with a ball bat, his head was wrapped in a plastic bag and he was thrown into a cornfield. I say, we can eliminate suicide. I am almost CERTAIN, even in our new crooked judicial system that Donald will not take the stand.

The ALLEGED boyfriend is serving "Life without the possibility of parole because he is willing to "Tell it all, Brother" in lieu of a shot in the arm.

Bird woman Jennifer has, AND I KNOW THIS IS TRUE, don't worry how I know. She has turned down a plea deal from Milam in which she could have had the POSSIBILITY but not PROBABILITY of walking out in 7 years.

So what we have here, folks, is a crazy ass lawyer who will defend her by saying, Donald shot her full of drugs and she did not know what she was doing or What woman in their right mind would turn down such a wonderful plea deal and shoot birds in our Public Courthouse at a reporter........SHE MUST BE CRAZY??????

Meanwhile, the only two I pity are Donald and the poor girl in the bird picture who is obviously praying, "Please Jesus, don't sit me next to that bird shooting bitch again. She is playing crazy so she can walk."

Hey Rhonda!!! Allow me to make a minor correction to your assumptive comment.
In this case NO ONE is jumping the BASEBALL BAT in this case.Forget any gun.

In reality, confessed killers Jennifer Clark and and her alleged boyfriend, Michael Yost, "really knows what happened". I don't believe victim, Donald Clark, was a party to "knows what happened". That poor man was sound asleep, reportedly, when his head was bashed in by multiple home run whacks of an aluminum baseball bat.

Don't forget, Michael Yost has pled GUILTY and is required to testify AGAINST "Jennifer" who reportedly CONFESSED the murder to criminal investigators.

Be glad YOU were not on the galling side of Jennifer Clark and Michael Yost!
