DC sniper John Allen Muhammad has been denied clemency and will die by lethal injection tonight at 9 p.m.

What else would you do with a person who had no mercy for the innocent people that he killed. He is fortunate to have lived as long as he has, his victims did not have that option.

At last! A MURDERER receiving his just punishment without lounging around for 20 years living off appeals and NEW trials. Way to go SCOTUS and Governor Tim Kaine for not giving the bleeding heart liberals a chance to drag out the punishment for this no good son of a bitch!

I'm not sure how I feel about the death penalty only in that I don't think I could sentence someone to die if I were on the jury. Don't know if I could have that on my conscience....
That being said, if anyone deserves to die for his crimes, this is the man. We should be able to go about our daily lives without fear of being shot down.

How could we ever expect to have a society that could evolve to a point where murder is not commonplace if we in turn put to death those who are guilty of such? Much less end all wars. If society says to kill is ok and is justified buy social constructed reasoning it still cheapens human life. Murder happens because someone has devalued a human life to the point that their victim is “nonhuman”. To become a murderer happens for many reasons. Cultural conditioning and mental factors can be major contributors to such a violent act. By the time a person reaches the age of 18 and has access to mainstream media I can only imagine how many murders this person has been wittiness to.
Two TV shows I frequently watch are “The Shift” and “The first 48”. Both are real life homicide investigations which covers the crime scene all the way to the confession. The perpetrators are usually young males living in a crime ridden, drug infested environment where their values are influenced by gang activity or a delusional gangster fantasy.
I will be the first to say that these people had choices and should be held liable for the choices they made. At the same time it does not take way from the fact that so many of us could do something very, very stupid if we were to construct a reality that human life is devalued to that point.

If u r saying he is wrong 4 killing ppl how can u then turn around & take this man life? Of course what he did is unforgiveable but let GOD do the judging not U!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This letal injections is no death penalty He should have been shot ,The same as his victims.And the other guy who helped him should be shot also.But no hs sits in jail.So we can feed and take care of him. Useless waste of money.
