Jimi, the partner of Griffin police officer Chad Moxon, a Lamar County resident, was shot between Monday, Nov. 2, and Wednesday, Nov. 4, after apparently being removed from his kennel at Moxon's home. Moxon was training at the Griffin firing range at the time.

And I fail to see what the point of dragging the Moxons through the mud is accomplishing here.

Obviously something caused you to delete some posts off of the blog...way to go. I think that this blog has become a dividing force in our community and a way to hide behind anonymous and hurt people with things that are being written. It is fueled by hate, anger and grudges and it needs to stop. This blog is surely not what you intended to be was it Walter? A black mark on the name of the Herald Gazette and a black mark on the name of Barnesville. We need something to unite people, not pull them apart, and some people here in Barnesville really are so dumb that they believe everything that someone/anyone types here and that serves no one.

During my long out-of-state career before retirement, I was AND still am considered a good investigator. Writing analysis is one of my many specialities. Psychological profiling via written word is another.
Exposing FRAUDS has always been one of my better attributes.
In public interest and to maintain integrity at THG, I ask that you review IP addresses from ALL contributors on this Moxon K-9 article and remove the fraudulent comments. I am not an advocate for censorship on GENUINE blogs, but bogus comments need to be deleted on many THG articles originating from ONE person and possibly one IP address.
You should be able to verify that MOST of the comments on this particular Moxon K-9 article originate from the same IP source. There is a person of interest among the commenters who is dangerous. The fraudster constantly "stirs the pot" against the Moxons. There is ONE person posting most comments and that person's TRUE identity is one of the characters in this drama. I believe Chad Moxon or a family member may unknowingly be familiar with this person. It is not beyond reach to insinuate this person COULD have knowledge of the death of Jimi the K-9. Be aware!
In this Moxon K-9 article, compare the writing style of the following posts and you will see this person self-perpetuates many comments.

Granted, ONE of these commenters may be genuine. All for the better as it narrows the field of "suspects" as the writer of ALL the comments.
Methods of analysis will not be disclosed, but, to show a pattern, I will say this person has an attention disorder and reverts back to a small "i" when a capital "I" is called for. Improper use of illipses and poor contractive punctuation are always consistant. The person isn't aware of these flaws and hides behind different personas seeking safety.
This person has attempted to disguise comments with vernacular inconsistencies and inferior projections via short comments. It's like looking at a smudged, but, readable fingerprint. Longer commentaries gives this person away, especially when he/she poorly attempts to display signs of cognitive intelligence.
Please compare the writing style and IP address on the following with the #1 Anonymous comment on your article: "Holiday Spirit Shines Bright".

It is the same person who "complains" about LCSO patrolling I-75 around Exit 198-201. Remember the "sad" tale about the Million dollar deal in Macon while driving in his BMW? SAME PERSON. He is also "wally" sometimes. Peruse the comments and you will immediately recognize the style and see how much turmoil has been propagated by this potential psychopath. SHUT THE PERSON DOWN! BLOCK HIS IP!
One more: Andrew's article "Off The Beaten Path" has comment #1 "the truth" , #1.2.1 "the truth",#3 Anonymous, #3.1 Anonymous, #3.1.1 the truth, and #4 Anonymous are ALL the same person.
This person often fraudently posts using legitimate blogger names in an attempt to cast those genuine bloggers in a bad light.
MOST of the racial comments and personal attacks orginate from this person as well as slams against LCSO, the DA and Lamar County Court.
PLEASE REVIEW THE ABOVE INFORMATION AND TAKE CORRECTIVE MEASURES TO ENSURE REAL COMMENTS ARE POSTED. NO ONE WILL ACCUSE YOU OF CENSORSHIP.

In my former state, a criminal investigation subpoena could ask a news organization for an IP address in order for the Internet provider to produce name and address. Is that true in Georgia?
