Between Saturday, Nov. 21, and Friday, Nov. 27, the Barnesville police department made five arrests:
Mauricio Colvin, 210 Grove Place, Griffin, possession of alcohol under age;
Larry Edge, 26 Jackson St., Barnesville, Lamar County warrant;
 Anthony Franciose, 245 Mill St., Barnesville, Henry and Spalding County warrants;
Michelle Garrison, 112 Grove St., Barnesville, Lamar County warrant;
James Manry, 247 Lindsey Rd., Yatesville, possession of methamphetamine.
Officers answered 102 calls for service including six accidents, eight alarms, three EMS assists, 16 building security checks, two crowd control, two damage to property, five disturbances, four dog complaints, five domestics, 17 escorts, six fights, one fraud, one gas drive off, three harassments, two miscellaneous, three noise complaints, one prowler, 15 suspicious persons/vehicles and two thefts. They issued 12 citations including one driving on the wrong side of the road, one failure to stop at stop sign, one possession of alcohol under age, two seat belt violations, one simple battery, two speeding, one tag light violation and three window tint violations.
