W.J. (Snap) Morgan died early Friday at his home in Milner. He was 86.
Morgan was a current member of the Milner city council. He was a former mayor of Milner and former member of the Lamar County commission.

He will be missed in Milner and by all who knew him. Our deepest sympathy to Hilda and family.
