Three suspects in a Dec. 17 armed robbery have been arrested by Pike County sheriff's deputies and one is on the run. The suspects are believed to have used an SUV to block in another vehicle and order the victims from the car at gunpoint in an attempt to steal drugs.

Investigators are searching for Kevin Chapman, 22, of Meansville. He has outstanding warrants for armed robbery, aggravated assault and false imprisonment.

What a bunch a freaking morons! A life of drugs, stealing and never doing an honest days work and this is what kind of life you have to look forward too. I just don't get people like this. What an absolute drain on society. I'm glad they'll be off the streets for awhile at least.

He wasn't thinking that was the problem. The man could do anything he put his mind to, but unfortunalty he got himself caught up in the mess. I hope he will do some soul searching and come back to us with his head straight and his heart dedicated to his family.

We all need to realize as we are typing the nasty comments that the family members of these people read this stuff too? Parents, Wives, and Children. Shouldn't we be a little more senstive to the families of these people? I'm sure the familes are already suffering. People make their own decisions in life but it's always the friends and loved ones who suffer the most. Just sayin...

That is where you are wrong. Kevin has not been seen or heard from by any of his family. I know, I am part of his family and yes it is very hard on us. For those of you that want to cast stones, I know that Kevin has a good heart and is a good guy. Drugs have away of changing a person and not for the good until they make the change in life to leave the nasty stuff alone. I do wish that all of you making these ugly hateful comments would stop and do a little soul searching of your own. If the shoe was on the other foot and this was your loved one...how would you feel if these things were being said about your son, brother, father, nephew, or even cousin.

What makes me sad for your family is that Kevin has brought his loved ones to this point.
I'm sorry this has happened to you, and I'm sure this is difficult for you.
I would ask you to remember, though, that a gun was used in the commission of this crime and someone could have been injured or killed.
So when Kevin is captured, I hope you pop him one on the back of the head, and then you can hug him.

Good thing they were locked up in Pike and not Lamar, here the DA would just have the case no billed and the would never serve any jail time!

It is so sad that the real problem is not the people here it's the people that get them hooked on the drugs to start with and then they do these stupid things while they are using. I don't know all these boys but I do know one of them and when he is not on drugs he is one of the finest young men you would want to meet he's hard working, good ,and kind, do anything in the world to help you and I don't for the life of me know why he don't just rat out the people who sells him the drugs and let them be the ones who pay the price he's afraid for his life but he's slowing killing himself maybe if he's in jail like you would like he can get clean again and try again to stay that way, he is so loved when he is clean and yes family does read your comments and yes one day God will punish those realy responsible for selling the drugs and yes I will all ways love him still, he's my son and it breaks my heart to see him like this he's in God's hands now and we should pray for all the people that find themselves under the influence of drugs and every other addicting thing out there. God help us all and I pray I will never know what it's like to be under the influence of anything as well as each of you. We should never Judge any one unless we have walked a mile in their shoes.

#15, #16, you don't even know which of these four this mother is referring to so how do you know how he was raised or who was/wasn't in the home or how his siblings all turned out? It is so easy for you to sit back and make judgements on this mother that you dont even know. So you must have it all together. Perfect life, huh? #15 and #16 the mother did not blame the drug dealers she merely said they were the problem as is everyone who sells or takes the drugs is, it's their choice not the Mothers, if a Mother had a choice she would never choose anything that would harm her Child. Most Mothers love their Chilren and only want the best for them. I know this Mother and she and her husband raised this boy in a Christian Home and he knew right from wrong and though she didn't say it her son was very smart in school and Graduated and left home to start his life on his own and that is when he messed up when he started takeing the drugs and became a junky as you say all by his self she had nothing to do with it and it's just wrong for you to think that about her or any of these boys parents, all they did was love them and raise them the best they could.They know thier chilren are drug addicts but they sure didn't make them that way.My prayer for both of you is like #18 said I hope you don't have any children to grow and do the same thing after you did your best to teach them to do right. I hope also the tears she shed after reading your comments never make her doubt herself as to being a good mother. If we all would just pray for these boys maybe by the time they do get out thier lives will be different and they may help others along the way.

This is in response to everyone on this page blamming is not going to fix the problem as well as sticking your nose where it dosen't belong!!! these young men are their own men!!!!!!! I am the family of one of the accused men! to me it dosen't matter weather or not he did it! what matters is that the process can start and we can all move on with our lives. If you feel so strongly about everything your posting that's negative maybe you should spend your time putting your energy in to something else!!!!! You have no place in this world to judge any of them!!!!!!! instead of sitting hear worrying about other people while their lives hang in the balsnce worry about your own mess!!!! This is sad about these guys. I know Ray personally and I KNOW that Ray was dragged along if he was even in the car with these guys. You people on here should have a little more respect for them and especially THEIR MOTHERS. All of you making these hateful comments should post with your name and not just anonymous. Your cowards. Also what happened to innocent until proven guilty. Its always easy for someone to look at a drug addict and just write em off from society. Ray is a damn good guy with a beautidul little girl. I am sure the other guys have someone to care for as well. So think before you speak Mr. anonymous. While you continue to hate we will continue to pray that these guys will sober up and come clean about what really happened. Especially Ray.

Dm from midway. Just because Ray is a good guy in your opinion you really have no idea. I promise. Drugs really take a toll on people. Begging for a couple of dollars to buy a double cheese burger, not having a pot to piss in and all kinds of things. Ray was doing fairly good years ago but he has always been on the wild side. Like i said drugs really takes a toll on people. Alcohol also for that matter. People change. Just because he will speak, be nice, or help you out if you need him to doesnt mean that he is living the straight and narrow. I know plenty of people that would give you anything they have and help any way possible but they are still crack heads and meth heads and alcoholics. They are what they are.

I hate to see stuff like this happen to people. Well really when they have been tried to be led in the right direction and seen what good can come out of leaving that trouble crowd alone.
People have tried to talk to Ray and show him but he has a mind of his own. That is fine.

All I was able to do is piss him off every time. I have been down this road already. It changed me completely. Sometimes you just cant see the forest for the tree's. My family and friends couldnt stand to be around me. I can say that they never gave up on me though. Through gods will i overcame my drug habit. It dosent change the fact that it is severely sad to see this happen. It oughtta be legal to rob a meth dealer anyway. It would make someone think twice before selling that crap. Ha Ha...o so now you know all about me Huh? Who is coming to get me again? An you are very right An. 22.2.1.2 every one has a right to base their opinion. BUT when ppl such as you or Sheila have something to say about EVERYONE that gets posted on this site or the pike county site then thats when the problem is really them. These men have done something that they will pay for...an their families have to hear all the negative that comes out of some of these folks mouth when its not their fault that a loved one commits a crime. I check this site just as you all do but you dont see my name on here on every post making comments on how its the families fault because they didnt raise there child the right way..an i am not just talking about this situation either...about all the crimes or breaking news post...especially the one in pike county. An the funny part is Over half of you DONT know any of these ppl but you think its right to make the comments that you do about the ppl and their families. The ONLY time i comment on ANYTHING is if i know the person...An NEVER have you seen ANYTHING that i have posted negative or towards the families. I know Kevin grew up with his sister and went to church with them both. It was not Kevins parents fault that he committed this crime it is his...He has been making his own decisions for a very long time, an he will pay for everything he has done an will be judge at the end of our time by the only person that has the right to do so. I know Ray...yes Ray had a drug problem but alot of ppl and i am almost positive that everyone making comments on here has gone through the drug stage or has a loved one that has.
