I was recently sent an article on Mark Sanford, the South Carolina politician and seeming international playboy.

Pundits are saying that in spite of the danger he faced regarding impeachment for running off to Argentina to see his mistress — his best insurance policy may well have been South Carolina's lieutenant governor, Andre Bauer.

McCain didn’t get elected because Palin scared the beegeebees out of everybody. Voters thought if McCain chose Palin as second in command what would that say for who he might choose as his cabinet members? The GOP…What entertainment value!...The gift that keeps on giving.

I fail to see how this is different that most other politicians.

In ala. they say thank God for Mississippi.....Have you ever noticed that when someone says that, it is always a southern republican state that they thank God for......There is a pattern there.....they never say thank God for California or thank God for New York....

Thank God for Massachusetts, and thank you Ted Kennedy for your timely demise. You came from a fine looking family with many tragedies...have a wonderful reunion. Tell JFK that I begged my Mom to vote for him because he was so cute.
