"If you don't like it just turn off the TV!" goes the liberal mantra as all form of sexual perversion, obscenity and violence slinks unannounced into our living rooms. But when the message is perceived to undercut some carefully crafted left-wing narrative? Well, then not so much.

Fire-breathing feminists, liberal-media automatons and other "progressive" pro-aborts are anything if not predictable. They've once again concocted controversy where – to the emotionally stable among us – there is none.

It’s it interesting how the anti abortionist can add 1 + 1 and come up with 3. Yes, Tim Tebow’s Mom decided to go against her Doctor’s advice and roll the dice and hoped all would be well. Luckily she won, but it could have just as easily been tragic.
What if Tim was born with gross birth defects or his mother lost her life, we wouldn’t be discussing this guy’s mom’s choice to go against her medical recommendations would we? The fact that it all turned out well should a testament to right of prochoice and her choice should not be exploited to where it flys in the face of the mothers who are now faced with the very same, most difficult decision. This does reek with condemnation and without any trace of integrity. As usual, it is only those who are so blinded by over zealous, self-righteousness that just don’t get it. Another fact, Prochoice is not proabortion. What prochoice means is, the mother has the sole choice in this matter, not religious dogma or the US government.

Dont have a problem with the ad....I am a Tebow fan, so i have a problem with the fact that this will hurt his chances later getting job promoting other products.....also, this will limit the number of teams that will want to draft him.....he probably is now limited to a pro team in Fla, N.C., Ga, Tx, or La....He has hurt himself......He should have just let his mother do the ad, it would have had the same message but not shed a negative light on his career...

Bravo! Well said. The NOW gang is very out of touch with most of America. They preach choice, but only mean the choice to abort.

How can any thinking adult believe that choosing to let a child live and loving that child no matter what, be hate?

It just shows how warped their minds are.

I agree with #2. Another example of how republicans have no problem with government involvement in private lives but are against government involvement in business (and the greed and exploitation of the working class that it causes). We were given free will by our maker. Hypocrisy and self-righteousness at its best.

Well, whatever my thinking is on the Pro-Choice movement, it will not be changed with a commercial.
However, just for grins, let's think for a moment about how shaken up people would be if a Pro-choice commercial were allowed to air.
Kind of gets some of you folks in a twist, doesn't it?

Actually a group of people already tried this. They created a 30 second commercial on something that most of America disagrees with and sent it to CBS for approval for a Superbowl add. It was denied.

Personally, I hate, HATE the Florida Gators, but you just gotta love Tim Tebow. He is a walking miracle. His parents were both christian missionaries, and put their faith in Jesus, that he would look over them and their unborn child, and that is exactly what he did. People shouldn't say, "Tebow is awesome", they should say, "God is awesome!"

I respect that Tebow stands in what he believes in, and to #4, any NFL team would be just plain out stupid if they didn't accept Tebow over what religion he so chooses. I mean, look at the guy, 6'3 245lbs, 9286 career passing yards, 2947 career rushing yards, and TWO BCS championships. ENOUGH SAID

Obama's desire to repeal "Don't ask, don't tell" can actually help to fulfill the "days of Lot" (Luke 17, cf. Gen. 19), the fulfillment of which will hurry up the return of the Heavenly Commander-in-Chief who will make all things straight (pun intended)! Interesting Google articles include "Obama Supports Public Depravity," "Separation of Raunch and State" and "David Letterman's Hate Etc."
For some dessert visit Yahoo and type in "Obama Avoids Bible Verses."
PS - You're invited to use these new pro-life slogans: "Unborn babies should have the right to keep and bear arms - and legs and ears and eyes etc.!" and "Unborn babies should have the same right to be born alive that abortionists had!"

Obama supports public depravity? What a load of crap.
Such Christians...quickly forget Jesus' message of love and non-judgment. What someone does in their personal life has nothing to do with serving their country. I am sure that "straight" soldiers are just as capable of sinning as any one of us.

You got to give Jason a break because he hasn’t yet learned to think for himself. He’s still invested in the load of manure some over jealous preacher filled him with. I would say ignorance is bliss but I don’t believe that for a minute. It’s usually the ignorant who are up in arms over a little of nothing.

For only the second time in history, Super Bowl ads have dropped in price,ads are a tougher sell in this year’s troubled economy. Media Intelligence reports CBS is selling 30-second spots during the Super Bowl for between $2.5 [million] to $2.8 million, compared to the record $3 million last year on NBC.

for that much money they should be able to say whatever the hell they want to for thirty seconds!

Tim Tebow's NFL career hurt by his pro-life advocacy? He couldn't care less. Wherever he winds up and whatever he does for a living, Tim knows Whom he has believed and that He (Jesus) is able to keep all Tim has entrusted to Him.

I'm liberal as hell, strongly believe in womens' rights and kinda lean pro-choice, but the ad doesn't threaten or anger me at all. I do wonder why it's OK for Tebow to disagree with Roe vs. Wade but it's horrible if the president disagrees with the recent Supreme Court decision about corperate spending in elections. People need to respect the beliefs and rights of others and expect the same respect in return.
