UPDATE: (from the Monroe County Reporter): The victims in this accident have been identified as Angela Place, 33, of 261 Blount Road, Forsyth and Daniel Echevarria, 42, of 615 Hickory Ridge Road, Jackson. The accident happened less than a mile from Place's home.

A 39-year-old Griffin man is in stable condition at Grady Hospital in Atlanta where he was lifeflighted after an early morning crash Sunday that damaged a brand new restaurant and killed power in Milner for several hours.
