Michael Brown, 35, Barnesville, failure to register as a sex offender;
Jason Dewey Smith, 38, Zebulon, giving false name or information to police;
Julius Christopher McFadden, 22, no address given, no charges listed;
Allen Edward Brannon, 18, Griffin, no charges listed;
Pamela Jean Garrett, 50, Barnesville, no charges listed;
