Said plat, together with the metes, bounds, courses and distances shown thereon, is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this description as if set out fully herein.
To the best of knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is Nathan D. Johnson or a tenant or tenants and said property is more commonly known as 100 Elm Street, Milner, Georgia.
Said property will be sold as the property of Nathan D. Johnson, and the terms of said sale shall be cash. The proceeds of said sale will be used for the purpose of paying the indebtedness due First National Bank of Griffin, including principal and interest, and will be sold subject to all unpaid taxes that may be a lien on said property.
