Michael Anthony Hardaway Jr., 28, Barnesville, marijuana/ possession less than ounce/misd.;
Michael Jerome Hand Jr., 38, Zebulon, theft/taking;
Patrick John Douglas, 32, Milner, affray-fight;
Jody Franklin Harrison, 19, Barnesville, affray-fight, DUI/alcohol;
David Burrell Miller Jr., 30, Bollingbroke, marijuana/poss./manuf./sell/purchase, no seat belt;
Matthew Charles Evans, 30, Bollingbroke, marijuana/poss./less than ounce/misd., driving license suspended/rev.;
Maurice Tyrone Mills, 26, Forsyth, serving jail time;

Lamar County sheriff deputies answered 95 calls, Lamar County 911 Center answered 59 calls, Lamar County deputies responded to 19 calls, Barnesville Police Department responded to 20 calls, Lamar County Fire Fighters responded to 15 911 calls, Barnesville Fire Department responded to two 911 calls, Mid Georgia Ambulance Service responded to 29 calls. Between Saturday, March 20 and Friday, March 26, the Barnesville police department made the following arrests:

Allen Alsobrooks, 148 Avenue G, Thomaston, failure to appear;
Larjarvis Evans, 574 Chapell Mill Rd., Griffin, driving while license suspended and giving false name to law enforcement officer;
Derona Foster, 212 Cabin Creek Dr., Griffin, driving while under the influence and striking a fixed object;
Thomas Hardbuck III, 3264 Newnan Rd., Griffin, reckless driving;
Jeremy Henderson, 1073 Hollywood Rd., Atlanta, probation violation;
Tammy Warner, 131 Community House Rd., Barnesville, driving while under the influence and driving while license suspended.
Officers answered 102 calls for service including five accidents, four alarms, one assist EMS, 18 building security checks, one crowd control, two damage to property, six disturbances, four dog complaints, one domestic, 26 escorts, seven miscellaneous, two noise complaints, three shots fired, one suicide attempt, 17 suspicious persons/vehicles, two thefts, one welfare check and one 911 hang up. They issued 29 citations including two driving while license suspended, two driving while under the influence, one expired tag, one giving false name to a law enforcement officer, one no insurance, 12 parking tickets, one reckless driving, one seatbelt violation, six speeding, one striking a fixed object, one suspended vehicle registration. The Lamar County magistrate court reported the following cases and actions between Friday, March 19 and Thursday, March 25: four weddings, one deposit account fraud warrant, 16 criminal warrants, six dispossessories, one garnishment and seven civil suits filed and one dispossessory, one pre-warrant, three civil suits and 14 first appearance/bond hearings. Between Saturday, March 13, and Friday, March 19, the Barnesville police department made the following arrests:
Elvin Caslin, 314 Sims St., Barnesville, possession of marijuana and resisting arrest;
Jerod Foster, 200 Southland Dr., E-5, Barnesville, probation violation and battery;
Jerome McFadden, 585 High Falls Park Rd., Barnesville, entering an auto;
James Thomas, 143 Johnson St., Barnesville, battery, cruelty to children, interference with a 911 call and obstruction of an officer;
Bryan Wyke, 101 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, driving while unlicensed, speeding and no insurance.
Officers answered 81 calls for service including four accidents, three alarms, 15 building security checks, one criminal trespass, one crowd control, four damage to property, five disturbances, one dog complaint, six domestics, 21 escorts, two harassment, one hit and run, seven miscellaneous, one missing child, seven suspicious persons/vehicles, one terroristic threats and one 911 hang-up. They issued eight citations including one driving while unlicensed, one failure to stop at stop sign, one no insurance, one possession of marijuana, one resisting arrest, one seat belt violation and two speeding.

During February the Milner police department logged 323 hours on duty and patrolled 4,042 miles. Officers investigated four incidents, five miscellaneous incidents and 13 accidents, including 10 during the snowstorm. They performed 60 building checks and 11 assists; and issued 53 warnings. There were 68 arrests or citations including two open container, two expired tag, one no insurance, two driving with a suspended driver’s license, two window tint violations, 55 speeding, two failure to maintain lane, one possession of marijuana and one driving without a license. Deputies answered 112 calls. Lamar County 911 Center answered 75 calls, Lamar deputies responded to 18, Barnesville police to 23 calls, Lamar County firefighters responded to 14, the Barnesville fire department responded to one call and Mid Georgia Ambulance responded to 40. They issued 35 citations including one animal control violation, one driving while license suspended, one expired tag, one failure to obey traffic signal, three failures to stop at stop sign, 10 parking violations, four possession of alcohol under age, one possession of marijuana, five seat belt violations, seven speeding, and one window tint violation.
