Spalding County authorities raided an alleged drug operation Thursday and made three arrests.

Police Report
Between Saturday, Jan. 21, and Friday, Jan. 27, the Barnesville police department made five arrests:
Andrew McCook, 20, 143 Woodall Lane, Milner, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass;
Stephanie Williams, 45, 117 Hwy. 41 N., Barnesville, shoplifting;
Tommy Newman, 18, 1166 Hwy. 362, Williamson, possession of alcohol under age;
Wesley Avery, 23, 6123 Oakwood Cir., Covington, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and open container;
Cameron Robinson, 20, 7102 Green Acres Court, Covington, possession of alcohol under age.
Officers answered 107 calls for service including four fights, one shoplifting, one loud music, one prowler, three burglaries, five domestics, 29 foot patrols, 17 suspicious persons/vehicles, three speeding, seven accidents, one DUI, one escort, four alarms, one missing person, one harassing phone call and two improper parking. They issued 22 citations including one unauthorized minor driving, one violation of license restrictions, one no insurance, six speeding, one following too closely, one failure to stop at stop or yield sign, one improper equipment, two possession of alcohol under age, one open container, two shoplifting, one disorderly conduct, one contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one criminal trespass. Armed robbery suspect captured
Antonio Travis Goddard, the suspect in the Jan. 11 armed robbery of B&L Convenience Store in Barnesville Jan. 11 was captured in Spalding County Thursday morning. At noon, he was being transferred to the custody of Lamar authorities.

Spalding deputies and investigators have made two arrests for drugs and arrested several store clerks for selling alcohol to minors.

Between Monday, Jan. 16, and Thursday, Jan. 19, the Lamar County sheriff’s office made two arrests:
Timothy Cagle, 50, Griffin, obstruction of an officer and disorderly conduct;
Deron Ben Williamson, 48, Barnesville, theft by taking.
Deputies answered 107 calls and the 911 center answered 43. Deputies responded to 14 calls, the Barnesville police department to five, Lamar County firefighters to seven, the Barnesville fire department to one and Mid Georgia Ambulance to 30. Willie Jones, 60, 5 and a half 1st St., Barnesville, theft by taking.
Officers answered 96 calls for service including one fight, two thefts, one prowler, four domestics, 34 foot patrols, 12 suspicious persons/vehicles, five speeding, three accidents, three escorts, five alarms, one damage to property, one 911 hangup, two improper parking and one unwanted person. They issued 16 citations including 10 speeding, two failure to stop at stop or yield sign, one child safety seat violation, one simple battery, one criminal trespass and one no through trucks.
