Armed robbery suspect captured
Antonio Travis Goddard, the suspect in the Jan. 11 armed robbery of B&L Convenience Store in Barnesville Jan. 11 was captured in Spalding County Thursday morning. At noon, he was being transferred to the custody of Lamar authorities.

Timothy Cagle, 50, Griffin, obstruction of an officer and disorderly conduct;
Deron Ben Williamson, 48, Barnesville, theft by taking.
Deputies answered 107 calls and the 911 center answered 43. Deputies responded to 14 calls, the Barnesville police department to five, Lamar County firefighters to seven, the Barnesville fire department to one and Mid Georgia Ambulance to 30.
