The following persons were indicted by the March term grand jury and will be arraigned before Judge Tommy Wilson on May 17 at 9 a.m. in Lamar County Superior Court:

Joseph Christopher Mueller, sale of marijuana;

The following cases were adjudicated in Lamar superior court April 5 with Judge Bill Fears presiding:

Rodriquez Cential Foster, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, obstruction of an officer, aggravated assault, reckless conduct and discharging a firearm on a public street: mental evaluation ordered.

Felicia Lanett Hodge, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon: one year in prison. [Full Story »]
