This being the identical property described in that certain Limited Warranty Deed from Moore & Crowell Company, Inc. and Spiers Investments, LLC to Canyon Creek, LLC dated May 7, 2004, which is recorded at Deed Book 473, Page 240, Clerk’s Office, Lamar Superior Court.
