Easter week happenings are being held all over Lamar County, from community dinners to egg hunts to religious services.
The Booker High School Class of 1962 will hold its eighth annual Feed the Community on Good Friday at 12 noon March 29, at the E.P. Roberts Center.
Barnesville First Assembly will hold its annual flashlight Easter egg hunt Friday, March 29.
Inflatables, face painting and food will be offered at 7 p.m. The egg hunt will begin at dark.
As part of its Easter coloring contest, drawings for a prize filled basket will be held Friday, March 29 at First Franklin Financial at 788 Veterans Pkwy.
Children grade 6 and under are eligible.
