The Lamar County Trojans came on to defeat Eagles Landing 28-7 after a bizarre first half in McDonough Friday night. Lamar took a successful short range field goal off the scoreboard after a penalty against EL deep in Eagle territory but failed to capitalize.
Due to construction at Eagle's Landing High School parking is very limited at the stadium. A shuttle bus from Flippen Elementary, which is located at 425 Peach Dr., one block from ELHS, will be provided.
Also, the game won the High5 contest and sports personnel from Fox5, including on-air personality Bill Hartman, will be there.
