They won't believe that this amazingly delicious salad is actually made with cauliflower! In fact, it sort of tastes like a faux, loaded potato salad.

1/4 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
