When plea bargaining ceases to be a bargain

Effected by the deaths of civilians in his native Afghanistan, Najibullah Zazi, a man who once operated a coffee cart near the World Trade Center site hatched a plan to join the Taliban and fight the U.S. military.

Zazi traveled to Pakistan in August 2008 but never made it to Afghanistan. Al Qaeda operatives spotted him. They had more ambitious plans and conspired with him to try to help him die a martyr in a bombing of the New York subway system, he admitted Monday in federal court.

When is our government going to wake up. These people are at war with the citizens of the United States. They are Combatants, and should be treated as such. Military Courts, Firing Squads if necessary. They are a danger to each and every one of us. Liberal persons need to take heed.

A plea bargain does not need to be offered to this guy,,,he should be offered two choices,firing squad or hanging. And then when he chooses one give him the other immediately.

And he's been over here working and collecting wages and then chooses to wage war with this country.
Sic the IRS on him for tax evasion- that will make him take his own life, the loser.
I say get all the info possible out of him, then throw him in a SuperMax for life. Let the bad boys there take care of him.

They will never return him to society. He might bargin down to life w/o parole but who cares. If he can be used to bring in other terrorists, it's worth the bargin. If America handles this situation without torture and without making this guy a martyr in the eyes of other terrorists, it's a win-win for us.
