I'm sorry to say but maybe she ran off with a boyfriend or something. At 18 years of age she is considered an adult and if she decides to run off there isn't a lot that can be done about it as long as she isn't endangering herself or others or doing anything illegal.
Does it really matter whether she's a run away or not, whether she's been in jail or whatever else you people want to say about this young girl. I know her dad very well and he is just sick with worry. He is one of those father's that has been there for her and will always be there. At least he's not one of the millions of father's that could care less about their children. Please stop being so judgmental and remember that we are all children of God and we need to pray for one another and stop putting each other down. Please if you have any heart at all pray for this family.
Amen! No matter what our children have done or haven't done and no matter how old they are, GOOD PARENTS NEVER stop loving or caring for their children. I hope they find her safe and sound, I will keep her and her family in my prayers!
I'm not so sure that people here are being judgemental, but I think some people are being defensive, and that causes arguments.
My question about abduction was a simple question.
Another poster's comment about the brick wall background might have given a clue that she may have been in trouble at some point and was insightful, as perhaps we now know that she may be inclined to be with the wrong crowd or in the wrong place.
None of these comments mean people don't care or are being judgemental. I'm sure the family is distraught. Please don't lash out at the people on this blog.
The more information people have, the easier it is to make an informed decision on where the young lady is.
My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
Is she still missing? there doesn't seem to be any follow up to her story - thanks to anyone who can answer - we are praying for her at justice4caylee.org
