All of you out there in America and across the globe who have fought so hard to tackle the hideous enemy of our planet, namely carbon emissions, you know ....that bogus god you worship of "Climate Change" or "global warming" ....well, I feel it is necessary to inform you of some bad news. It really does pain me to have to bring you this disappointing information.

hmmm makes me wonder why I save money in a rainy day found when something is just going to happen and make me spend it.

This article is witty but really doesnt make sense.

1 is natural causes from the actual earth... the other is man made. If we wernt emitting this unaturally then when it DID happen NATURALLY then it wouldnt be a problem.

That is like saying :

"oh its ok to go into coastal areas and kill millions because they are sure to have a tsunami anyway."

On that note, now that winter is over and it's getting hot again, it's time for the "global warming" freaks to start their scare tactics again. Hopefully for them, the people have forgotten about their scam being busted several months ago. Oh well.

Not sure what's worse, the crappy "science" in this idiotic rant or the fact that the commenters actually believe it. Volcanoes don't contribute to global warming, they actually work AGAINST global warming. They don't spray CO2, they spray sulfur dioxide, which deflects sunlight. This is a basic scientific fact which is historically verified.

Lest you think this is all good, the effects are small, that sulfur can also cause health problems, and the resulting lack of sunlight can hurt farmers and kill crops.

The stuff coming out of volcanoes is nothing like the stuff coming out of our cars and factories. It is water soluable and is flushed out of the atmosphere in a mattter of weeks where as the CFCs we produce remain in the atmosphere for hundreds of years, continually destroying ozone over and over and over - hundreds of years people! Hope you've got plenty of sun tan lotion! Too bad the plants and animals we depend upon don't. They are already vanishing at about 10 species a day! Chemistry is a fact, you can't dump billions of tons of chemicals into the atmosphere and expect the resulting chemical reaction not to happen because you choose to ignore it! The earth has never known the chemical compounds we have created and continue to dump into it. I guess ignorance is bliss, for a while, then it will be too late!

I think this Volcano thing should be regulated by Congress. What’s going on man. Are the Repuplicains holding things up again?
