Rollcast selects contractor for local plant

Rollcast Energy has selected Zachry Industrial, Inc., a subsidiary of Zachry Holdings, Inc, to engineer, procure and construct its 53.5-MW Piedmont Green Power project in Barnesville, Ga. When completed in 2012, Piedmont Green Power will provide clean energy to more than 40,000 homes.

Now who do you think made money off this deal in Barnesville????? Who owns the property? Guess?
The Chinese left in such a hurry, the pockets needed re-lined from another "Prospect"....

Is this a company that preaches about global warming. The Green jobs that were created in other states cost tax payers more than the benefit it was to save. Gore is still makeing millions on companies like this ( selling credits to off set carbon footprints). By the way, who is the person that owns the property?
