Fed up with defendants being tardy for court, Judge Tommy Wilson began requiring drug tests of every defendant arriving late for court or appearing intoxicated at the courthouse.
Eleven of the 12 ordered tested were positive for one or more drugs.
Some of those who failed drug tests stand before Judge Wilson in shackles.
Now if you want to see what a real racist looks like. Next time you are in the bathroom - take a peek in the mirror.
Like it or not, that is a fact.
They need more stricter policies around here. People will flee to other counties to do this stuff because of the severe consequences that would be in place for lamar county.
I believe people make their own decisions. However, I believe that our up bringing and environment influences these decisions. I cannot believe these people would show up to court late (no matter what age, race, etc.). I still cannot believe that some of them came to court high. This just shows they are making careless decisions and probably need the interventions of the court. However, I don't think it is the courts responsibility to do this. Perhaps they should have learned these lessons while they were young.
Some advice: Before trying to act like some kind of bold thug with a yellow streak, go back to school and learn how to be a productive citizen.
Soon you are going to use that child mentality to the wrong person and take home a good butt whipping.

"Creating jobs" through "stimulous funds" is absurd. Printing up money with nothing to back it is going to ruin this country, thats what he is doing. Honestly, where do you think this job creation stimulous money is coming from? You think it was just extra money the government had saved up for hard times? And these "jobs" are temporary.
Pssst, the price of fuel is what drove us into recession. As fuel goes back down, the economy improves, and vice versa.

The country is getting worse. And job creation through the government is NOT long term sustaining, it is only temporary, and we will be worse off after it is over.
But to say they would be better because of Obama would be flat out wrong, they will be better because we as Americans know how to keep going forward even when Politicians and typical everyday problems knock us down. We've pulled this Country out of the mire many times in the past, we will do it again, and to give credit to Obama is just wrong.

You can make a cracker remark but get all bent out of shape when someone uses the other "N" word. How one sided is that.
1. Show up to court on time, dressed appropriately and sober.
2. Go to your job in the appropriate attire. Leave your weapons at home while you are on the clock. Unless you're in law enforcement.
3. When operating a motor vehicle, make sure you are insured and in possession of a valid driver's license. Leave your drugs and weapons at home. That stuff doesn't need to go for a ride in the car.
4. Pay your rent and utilites on time so you have a place to stay that is functional and comfortable.
These all seem simple to me, but many people don't have the skills to follow these steps.
