WKEU radio in Griffin is reporting state and federal authorities raided the home and business of Sandra Trice Tuesday. Trice is an Upson County commissioner and owner of Trice Funeral Home.

Trice Funeral Home has a location on Mill Street in Barnesville.

REMEMBER THE OLD SAYING WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND. THEY ACT LIKE WHAT THEY DO IS OK BUR IF SOME ELSE DOES IT ITS AWFUL. THE JUDGES REALLY SUPRISED ME I KNOW BOTH OF THEM O WELL. SO WH CAN WE TRUST ANYMORE.

This opens a huge can of worms...were these insurance policies on people?? property?? If on people, did anyone die? If on property, was any of the said property damaged or destroyed?

This has NOTHING to do with anyone being black! Who cares - God is colored blind and we should be too! If Ms. Trice has been stealing from folks, then she should answer to the bell just as any other citizen would. Given that she's in an official capacity, one would expect more integrity than obviously she's capable of. Interesting we've heard nothing in Thomaston in the newspapers or radio...another case of sweeping things under the rug. Small town BS is status quo!

There are no insurance companies who can get in trouble. She was writing the insurance policies and is not licensed to do so.

I encourage everyone that has or had burial insurance with Trice Funeral Home to PLEASE CONTACT The Insurance Commissioner's Fruad Unit (404-656-2060) and ask for the case agent for Trice Funeral Home.
