Benefits expire; unemployment rate falls
Over the past three months as federal jobless benefits ran out, Lamar County’s unemployment fell to 11.4% in April from 12.4% in March. It was 13.1% in February. It topped out at 16.2% in July 2009.

What are all the numbers, how many that have never worked, how many that did work but are not looking. I think you understand

This does not mean more folks are working just that less are collecting an unenployment check.

What about the people who are working and getting paid under the table who are still getting unemployment conpensation? I don't feel that is fair to those who can not find work.
