Killer files supreme court appeal

A man convicted of shooting his estranged wife six times at an intersection has filed an appeal of his murder conviction to the Georgia Supreme Court. The case is set for oral argument before the court on Monday, June 14.

That is the reason they are taped. So they can be heard by the jury. Attorney's will try anything for a buck. ( I'm sorry... a state buck, because I'm sure that the taxpayers payed for it ).

sounds like a waste of tax payers money to me. People that do stupid things like this for no reason or unjustified reasons should be give 90 days to appeal it and prove their innocence then serve 6 months and be put to death.

Don't waste the 6 months. He he is guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt. Fry him the same day the sooner the better.

Sounds as if he wants to plead insanity,because he fills the fire. This clown may have lived in Barnesville, but he is from Butler Ga. The appeal should be quickly struck down then we should hang him like the good old days.

IF I GO TO HELL, I HOPE IT IS NOT ATTORNEY HELL.

"Turner told investigators he did not remember pulling the trigger though he fired at least six rounds."

SO LET'S ELECTROCUTE HIM AND NOT REMEMBER DOING IT.

Wow, I think people are so quick to end another human life. Oh yeah, the bloods not on their hands. Easy, huh! I think before anyone passes judgement, and decides this mans fate. We should all allow the Judicial System to do it's job. He will be brought to justice, if not by the courts, then by GOD!
