If a man robbed a store and taped a riot grenade to the neck of the clerk to get him/her to comply with his demands, and he confesses to the crime, you dang well bet he would be facing aggravated assault and simple assault charges and I bet my savings that it would be true billed without second thought.

Anyone with a case that is going before the grand jury can testify as it is their right, the attorney just has to file a motion but they and not stop them. Must attorneys do not recommend it though.

Each Grand Jury has been for different charges. So the Waller administration could try again for the inmate abuse charge because the Buice administration tried getting him for something different to do with money.

Some of you may have problems with Sheriff Waller and/or Mr. Smith. But, they both come from good families. If you have been here for any lenght of time, as I have - all my life, you would know this. When you reference the Waller "clan" in the manner you did, you are going over the line, they are not the Sheriff, they are family members and great people.
