A Fayette County divorce attorney testified, albeit reluctantly, under oath Friday regarding a pattern of sexual harassment toward her by former Griffin circuit superior court judge Johnnie L. Caldwell Jr.

Additionally, fellow former judge Paschal English, who was subpoenaed to testify, failed to appear, according to The Fayette Citizen.

Gross, that's just a little more than I wanted to know.One question though, How did he get "his" tongue in "her" mouth? Was it,"her mouth", open?

Sounds like BS to me. How can you be mutually together, away from work, in a mutual hug, but then consider it "harassment" that needs reporting when he tried to kiss you? At that point, it would have been between the two of you, if you told him to stop and he did.

I know it may have been a a little taxing, but did you happen to skip over the part about him trying to get her to go away on a trip, and the part about him asking her to wear tight clothes using vulgar language? I know it may be hard to fully comprehend an article with over 200 words. Try taking it a few lines at a time.

Comprehend it yourself and you can see it was a MUTUAL agreement that they were together, sharing a MUTUAL hug.

We could be mutually at a cookout, mutually having a good time, mutually decide that Coke really is better than Pepsi, and even mutually decide to hug, but if you try to stick your tongue in my mouth in an unmutual manner, then all bets are off. In what world do you live in where this is okay?

But you lose credibility when you try to run back later and tell, and act like it "just happened"

Give it a rest, it is obvious she wanted to be with him, and changed her mind.

It's obvious that you want this to go away despite the ramifications of both Caldwell and English's actions. This cannot just go away.

Sounds like a vindictive woman who didn't get what she thought she would out of this judge. Not condoning his indiscretion in the matter but women have a knack for setting men up.

I read article in Fayette Citizer and never once did she say a flat out "NO", it was "I can't", "I have children" etc. She never put her foot down. She led him on. I'm a woman and I see thru her.

BS! It is never OK for a sitting judge to come even remotely close to this kind of behavior. If she did set him up, good for her! It is against so many ethics and laws!! We are supposed to be able to trust that our officials are not biased. If I have to go to court over something, I want to know I will not lose because opposing counsel is sleeping with the judge or because opposing counsel sits on the board of directors with the judge.

People think about this, if we didn't appear in court there would be a bench warrant out! So what makes him so better then the rest of us?

Mr. Survivor needs to be held in contempt of court! Sounds like another bad Judge letting this happen and just maybe he needs to come clean.

His was for phone records, not a court appearance-yet!

DUMB! You don't get close enough to stick your tongue in another person's mouth unless that person allowed you in to that space.

It takes two - until one gets caught that didn't want to get caught.

None of you seem to grasp the serious nature of two sitting judges sleeping with or attempting to sleep with counsel trying cases in the court said judge resides over. This is not petty. It is blatant disregard for the judical cannons, ethics and law they are sworn to uphold.

I think we should keep these scandals going as long as possible ! We should encourage the many other silent victims of English and Caldwell to come forward with the seedy lurid details of their unwanted sexual abuse at the hands(tongues) tallywhackers et al...of the studs bench at the Griffin Judicial Circuit ! Thank God Judge Whalen wasnt around to see the decades of integrity and respect he embodied... almost overnight reduced to the basest levels of morals closer to those of yard dogs
