Wal-mart in Thomaston still dose not have any of the popular ammunition as of yesterday.

Yeah, I went this weekend (four days ago now) and could not find (let alone purchase) .22 LR. I knew there corporate speech was a little too defensive.

I dont object to them selling weapons. They bought them and have to sell them in order to get a return on their investment. Doesnt bother me a bit.
Persons who purchase those Items, want them and go to the nearest outlet to get them.
I dont believe they are carrying the M-1 Garand that you pictured.

No, it is fine with me that they are selling them. In fact, I bought a Marlin .22 at a Walmart when I was 18 (as that was all I could afford.) I more or less wrote that small piece because Walmart was not happy that I publicized they had been told in some stores to not sell guns anymore. The Walmart Thomaston wanted me to let folks know they were still selling.

Now, if they could only get those darned bullets in stock................

I have been to every Walmart on the south side of ATL, and all of them have none or very little pistol ammo.
Does the Thomaston store have any 45 auto?
If the thomaston store does have any M1,s I will go buy one today !!!!

I honestly don't know. Call the Walmart and ask to speak to Mr. Teddy. He is the manager of that department and quite knowledgeable.

Guns sre still being sold in Thomaston because Thomaston is the Red Neck capital of the world!

I got some 32 and some 38 at the Walmart in Forsyth.
They didnt appear to have a very big supply of ammo, but they had some, Now that I have told everyone, they wont have any.
