Accused killer Jennifer Clark wil return to Lamar superior court at 1 p.m. Wednesday for a continuation of Jackson-Denno hearings.
She is seeking to suppress statements she made to law enforcement before and after her 2008 arrest.
Accused killer Jennifer Clark

The attorney is doing his job, which is to file motion after motion, to delay the trial hoping that with time, other horrendous crimes will happen which will make the Clark murder seem less heinous.
However, the end result will be the same, she will be convicted, receive life in prison since juries are very reluctant to sentence females to death (Texas doesn't count- frontier justice there) and then once she's sentenced, the appeals will grind through the courts for years.
She has as much right to a jury trial as anyone else, and her lawyer is just providing her with defense that she also has the right to.
And if any statements were made under duress, then, well, the statements could very well be suppressed. If so, one should not get mad at the attorney, they should get mad at whichever official was the one who took the statements while she was "under duress".
I think the only way her statements could be supressed would be if she wasn't mirandized, or if she was under duress, and that's only for a Judge to determine. And if they do get suppressed, then someone did not dot heir job properly when questioning her.
Of course I could be wrong, but it appears that the attorney is doing his/her job whereas if a Judge suppresses statements, there would be a valid reason, and someone else would be to blame for it. Not Clark, not the attorney, not the Judge.
If you don’t like the way the wheels of justice revolve, move to one of those countries that stones people for not wearing proper clothing. I’m just thankful we all have these same rights as Jennifer Clark, whom is presumed INNOCENT until proven guilty by a jury of her peers.
Her attorney has been tasked with giving her the best defense possible. He must place doubt in the jurors minds to try to get her the lightest sentence possible.
U.S citizens are fortunate to have a justice system allowing us the chance to be judged by our peers and have our voices heard.
It's not a perfect system, as long as we humans are involved, there will never be perfection.
Justice will be served here. I believe that.
