It seems as though a local man was not listed in the arrest reports by our law enforcement. I would love to know who is responsible for this! Ironically, this was predicted. This is not going to be a quiet problem for those involved with the cover-ups and corruption.

I will not call out the 'local man's' name just yet, as I am doing a little homework on this situation. What I will say is that in the mean time, I would hope that the appropriate agency will take some corrective measures and make sure that ALL documentation was and continues to be done as required by law. Maybe the omission was a mistake, or maybe not. Looks like it will be publicly known if this happened in error.

I'll bet 'local man's' bank account would show why his name wasn't added to the offender list.

He seems to have a previous arrest for aggravated stalking. I hope he doesn't have to kill someone before he is stopped.

An officer needs to teach certain barnesville citizens the definition of "stalking" and that it is "Illegal". Because a lot of that goes on around here.

Due to this being an ongoing criminal case, the details can't be discussed. For anyone who wants to hear the details of "said crime", the court dates will be posted. I think that many people need to sit in on this one. It is situations like this, when crimes get covered-up or down played that is the reason someone with important information may not be coming forward on Donna's murder case. Why come forward if you will not be protected and taken seriously....better yet, pushed aside in order to protect criminals. This is a sad situation and I hope many people will watch it closely because if handled the proper way, it may just help a witness in other crimes be brave enough to come forward. The truth will be revealed.
