Second arrest made in Upson child porn case
A second arrest has been made by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation as agents continue to probe a child pornography case there.
Lock them all up and throw away the keys!

I want to start off by saying that anyone who molests children should be executed on the courthouse steps. PERIOD.
I am just wondering if this guy engaged in trying to get in a relationship with this/these children or if he just had pictures of said children.
I kind of have mixed emotions on him looking at a 16 or 17 year old female if indeed these were about this age. We automatically think of a 7 or 8 year old when stuff like this gets brought up. If he knowingly went to a site to try and make contact with someone under the age of 18 for sexual pleasure then he was 100% in the wrong. I think its kinda up in the air about " looking " at a picture of a 16 or 17 year old. First of all, who is putting the pics up of a child. They should be shut down and prosecuted.
If this man went to a football game or to the beach and was looking at these almost adult teenagers, its really no different in my opinion.
I think we can all agree on the 15 and 16 year old girls grow up faster or develop different or quicker than they did years ago.
On the other note, he knew they were underage and shouldnt have done it to begin with because he knows what the law is.
