Between Saturday, Oct. 30 and Friday, Nov. 5, the Barnesville police department made six arrests:
Jeff Bunn, 607 Barnesville Ave., Barnesville, disorderly conduct;
Carla Cobb, 4211 W. McIntosh Rd., Griffin, DUI and resisting arrest;
Monavious Daniels, 2257 Silver Maple Cir., Ellenwood, theft by shoplifting;
Christopher Harden, 101 Olivia Lane, Barnesville, burglary;
Joshua Sumlin, 200 Southland Dr., Barnesville, giving false information to police officer;
Hilton Watson, 4467 Perry Ave., Macon, driving while unlicensed and failure to dim headlights.
Officers answered 78 calls for service including nine accidents, five alarms, 14 building security checks, three burglaries, one crowd control, one damage to property, three disturbances, three domestics, 17 escorts, three fraud, four miscellaneous, five noise complaints, one shoplifting, three suspicious persons/vehicles, four thefts, one traffic control and one 911 hang-up. They issued 32 citations including one disorderly conduct, one driving while unlicensed, one DUI, one expired tag, one failure to dim headlights, one giving false name to an officer, four loud music, one resisting arrest, three seat belt violations, one shoplifting, 14 speeding, two tampering with utilities and one window tint violation.
