Lovers and accused killers Jennifer Clark and Kenneth Michael Yost were together in for the first time since Christmas Eve 2008 in a Butts courtroom today. That was the night they were arrested for the murder of Clark's estranged husband, Donald.

To take the body after she has killed him. Just look at the two faces above and ask yourself, which one has anything to lose by telling the truth? Not the guy he is already serving a life sentence.

I am so glad you are back, I had forgotten about you. Donna's case is in no way over, Darling. We just like to whip these easy ones "in and out" as quickly as possible. Don't stay gone so long. Insignificant people like are too easily forgotten.

Sheila. It is so fascinating you have so much spunk sitting behind your monitor. I never get on here and put my two cents in as you do, but you really annoy me when I am trying to read what is going on in MY community. Can you point out the comment that states I do not like it here? Maybe I blogged after my "meth" kicked in one night and I do not recall the incident.

It took me a while to determine that this is true, but I called the lawfirm of Sue Pantsoffem that Call N. Allcars mentioned one day.

By golly. It is TRUE.

You really are not obligated to read all the comments on every blog. In fact, I do not read any of that Tolley woman's crap.

I also heard that you can get a rebate from Bill Gates if you send him a registered letter and tell him how many words you did not read. Walter may even have a similar deal since people are so sick of Tolley.

This particular blog has 124 words if you count forward and 139 if you count backward.
I know you did not read it but I though you may want that rebate.

If I remember correctly .. Donald allowed her to reside in the home but they had been separated. So, sneaking in to see her was possibly the norm when he saw her.

She is guilty as sin. Regardless of who swung the bat, something I don't believe we will ever truly know, Jennifer was there when it happened, she has already admitted that. That makes her guilty. I personally believe she swung the bat. Opinions aside, we will all see what the jury decides soon.

No death penalty and for those of you wondering why... the family asked that the death penalty be taken off the table because no matter what she has done jennifer clark will always be the mother of my brothers and sitting them down and explaining to them that thier mother was executed for what she did is something no one wants the responsibility of doing. In addition if when they are 18 and would like to talk to her and ask her why she has done this horrible thing then we want them to have that opprotunity

If they are smart they will want nothing to do with her. They shouldn't even visit. Ask her why she did it. There is no excuse why. She will probably make up some dumb excuse so they will feel bad for her. If Yost was smart he would have told on her that night and kept his kid instead of leaving it be adopted out.

I think she should have got the death penalty along with Ronald Smith then the state could have saved money now the tax payers have to take care of them ones you are convicted of murder that should be the end of it straight to death roll, no phone calls no visitors. They have more rights in prison than we do.Bring back the electric chair and lets start useing it. from the court house straight to the chair.Then maybe some of this crime will stop.
