I had to take mine home and slow cook them for another 6 hours so that I could eat them. Whoever is cooking these for the fundraiser needs to learn how to cook ribs!

The coaches and several volunteers cook these. It takes them well over eighteen hours to cook them all. That's eighteen hours that they are spending away from the families. Eighteen hours that they aren't getting paid for. Eighteen hours in addition to the hundreds of hours they spend coaching already. If you want them cooked the way you like them, then you should volunteer to spend an entire day helping out. If not, you can kindly shut your trap.

G.C. could have used a little more tact in their comment, but since they paid twenty dollars for the plate in question....I believe that gives them the right to critique it, maybe if you work two nine hour days you won't be so sensitive to criticism. I mean, I’m just saying.
