Michael Moore was all the rage at the Democratic National Convention a few years back. His conspiratorial "documentary" (try schlockumentary) called "Fahrenheit 911" was shown to convention bigs who praised it lavishly. Even Jimmy Carter invited Michael Moore to sit in the presidential box with him.

I find him to be obnoxious in many ways. I wont deny him freedom of speech, thats his and my privledge. I just dont agree with him.
Most all of the First Century Church were Jewish, and converted Gentiles were the minority. So, there is no conflict in The Scriptures.
You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth.' But I tell you, do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. The biggest threat to America are articles such as this one that divide our society and makes enemies out of our brothers.
"It must seem bizarre that someone like Moore, who loves to pal with Fidel Castro, the murderer of 40,000 Cubans, is now giving the rest of us lessons on being American. But the President is not getting kudos from all of those on the Left for this stunning success."
Comments such as this incite the same type of hatred we claim to be fighting in the middle east. If we are at war, should we be fighting each other? I assure you that most Americans, right or left, do not wish to see their homeland destroyed and suggesting that someone with a different opinion from theirs must be an evil socialist, terrorist or nazi is not helping America.
I may not agree with Michael Moore on this topic but I certainly agree that more should have been done to help the first responder heros of 9/11. Our government should be ashamed for that terrible, terrible injustice. That was the purpose behind his flashy visit to Cuba to "pal with Fidel Castro". You may not agree with the method, but I think there is a group of people that should have received focus instead of the man that called out the injustice...namely, the parties in power after 9/11.
To better understand and to give a different perspective on Moore's thinking, I have included the following quote..
"What supposedly separates a civilized society from a terrorist organization is a moral compass and the rule of law associated with those moral values. When a nation sets aside it's moral values out of emotional reactivity, it is not behaving in a civilized way. It's easy to follow our laws when we're not emotionally invested in the outcome; much harder to allow justice to take it's rightful course when we are. Civilized people don't do what's expedient or makes them feel better. They do what's hard because it's the right thing to do."
Again, you dont have to agree with him. But we have learned in kindergarten that sometimes its ok to disagree.
I hope to one day live in a world where news is delivered in an unbiased manner where both sides of an argument are considered..and then I am allowed to make up my own mind.
Instead we get the government's word that he was killed how they said and no photo release so as not to offend Muslims. Killing an unarmed man when capture and humiliation was possible is only a pyrrhic victory that leaves us open to conspiracy theories and claims of brutality by far left idiots like Moore.

With followers covering him right and left.
Karma let him play as he hid away,
In his costly Pakistan slum.
Then Karma called The Seal Team Six,
Knowing the job would be quickly done.
Americans asked, Should he get a trial,
The Seals laughed afterward as they replied.
"We believe the verdict was read
just before the double-tap to the head."
The task was only unfair to the fish,
To dirty the waters with a rotten dish.
But fish are wise and ROT they ignore,
And Bin Laden sinks to the cold, wet floor.
