County seeks water debt solutions
The Lamar County commission, while seeking solutions to the debt owed by the county water authority, has no plans to raise taxes to clear the debt. Neither will it create special tax districts within the LCWSA service area, according to chairman Jay Matthews.

Does this mean they will discontinue putting water lines in the ground, being they have no way to pay for it?

Obama have lost. Too big to fail. Bad federal debt and Bad unemployment jobs. $14.3 trillion Economy and $842.3 billion unemployment. President Obama is bad. Gas prices, Food prices and Home prices. No help. He don't fix the economy. Don't vote Obama 2012.
