I just wish everyone who doesn't want to get rid of unwanted puppies do the responsible thing and have their animals fixed.

I could not help but shake my head & chuckle to myself as I read this headline under the section that normally has only recipes. Oh the irony . . .we're gonna spay/neuter where we normally slice & dice. :)
