Water authority issue on back burner
A planned joint meeting between the Lamar County commission and water authority was cancelled at the last minute and both parties voted to table the issue for further study.

Do you suppose if they sold their offices, and found a less expensive venue to operate from, they would begin to get a little humility about themselves.

Agree and this debt did not just appear, I say we stop all work until this issue is resolved, fire the manager and do away with the good ole boy board, what a mess, bend over Lamar

the commissioners finally figured how they were gettin screwed by the city again but they aren't smart enough to figure how to get out of this cause they don't want too. they are trying to see how they can do this with the support of the voters

Has anybody gotten a water bill that seemed about double from the previous month other than me. seems like they are trying to find ways of more stealing our money hmmm
