Donald Sherman Waterman, 64, of 395 Williams Road in Lamar County was arrested June 17 on multiple charges of computer or electronic pornography and sexual exploitation of children.

The crossdressing part is something I don't know but how many ppl in this world love and enjoy watching the movie "Mrs. Doubtfire" which seems it shows quite frequently without fail because the audience thinks it's so cute and heart warming?. I don't like gay ppl, I don't like any kind of homosexuality and definately Don't want children to be physically or mentally abused nor do I promote those dispicable things. I don't even vote for any politician who is for gay rights. If there will be any justice done whether a Judge can make the judgement or not but in clarity you can bet God will have his own justice. Ppl can be forgiven for thier sins for as long as they put those things behind them just like the disciples did in jesus days. Yes it is wrong to do things innapropriately to children if in fact it happened. It is still UNDER INVESTIGATION as so noted. Not all evidence is on the judges desk yet so lets not start counting the chickens before they are hatched ok?. How can 2 truckloads be taken for evidence if the so called evidence is on one computer?... Please relay your facts to the general public they want to know by all means state your evidence please.

i guess you could take out the "is" or change "you're" to "your", then i think we will all be correct.

taking out the is would read "you're spelling horrible" which really mean "you are spelling horrible. which would be a correct sentence but is more difficult to understand the point being maken.

however, the use would probably be to leave the "is" and change the version of "you're" to "your". as in "Your spelling is horrible." this sentence makes sence of the point.

The story says man is arrested and is waiting for the grand jury to indict. That tells me evidence is weak. We don't know whether someone else was using his computer or was it was the church's computer etc etc. I remember back in the 80's when people were destroy for child sex crimes, daycare centers, babysitters, parents so and so on. Look it up and hope all the stories we constantly hear are not this generation hysteria!!!!!!!

Those who use their positions of trust to access children should be held to a HIGHER STANDARD! Not everyone who appears to be gold is gold. Preferential pedophiles are tricky, sneaky predators that hone their skills over years and years.
Watch your children and always be wary of anyone who is pushing for alone time with your kids. I.e. volunteering to babysit.
Be aware of anyone showering gifts upon your kids and adults that seem more socially comfortable around children. I.e. At a gathering with many adults and kids present, this person will always seem to gravitate toward the children.
They will volunteer for many activities where kids are involved. I.e. Coaching, being a clown, or Santa.
They will seek out opportunities to be physical with those in their age of attraction. I.e. tickling games, wrestling.
Their living environment will be stocked with things kids are attracted to. I.e. toys, junk food, video games.
They will allow kids to push boundaries and rules. I.e. Buying them nudie magazines, allowing them to drink alcohol or smoke.

Be proactive and not reactive!!

Why would he be in jail, "awaiting the next grand jury"? That makes no sense, juries do not grant or deny or decide on bond, nor when a case is put on a particular docket.

If your referring to that charles your thinking of, I know him exclusively, He is not lying about his military record in the Navy, he has records of that and his education at Macon State College. His girlfriend has never lied to anyone about not having a job in order to get foodstamps her records in employement shows her social security therefore they would know if she was woking which she was she has allways worked however she at times didn't recieve enough income and was able to get suplaments you can't lie about her job because they use her social security number and take out taxes so basically she Was recieving foodstamps through her taxes that she paid for and for your info it was only for three months.
You aparently don't know these people so you shut your lying mouth and I will let charles know that you are slandering his name. The only thing I can see that they do that upsets me is thier bad tempers. I don't see slandering his girlfriend either because she hurts nobody, is very sweet and works so very hard. Now charles on the other hand I know hasn't kept jobs in the past but he is working now i'm not what job it is though but I do hope he keeps it this time. I don't know about Charles going to bars because I don't go to them. Why are you attending the bars he supposedly goes to? You would not say about him going to bars unless your going to them also perhaps?...

I believe this man did this. I know him and very aware of his ways. Anyone from this church trying to defend him should actually be saying "in the pictures the cops found were there any with my children in them?". Anyone who wants to defend this pervert must be just like him. From what I hear with the Two truck loads of computer equiptment and pictures taken from his house there is plenty of evidence and Im sure he will be going away for a very long time. As for the church repaint your sign and check your future bishops backgrounds better. I pray for his wife and family who he has not only this time mess their lives up, but for everything he has done to them.

Also Charles if your defending him does that mean your with him on this? Does this mean you agree to this mans behavior? Does this mean you knew he was a crossdresser as well? Being such good friends and all, I would think you know him. If your answer is yes then I hope you and everyone that agrees with you seek the same punishment. You dont defend Child Pretators in NO NO NO CASE! He wasnt set up, he did this out right and told the police exactly where to find the evidence. We will all pray for you both.

Also he has been up to post bail three times and he was granted NO BOND, the judge doesnt want him to leave. The grand jury will decide for sure if he gets bond. So if this isnt enough evidence then I dont know what is! They have something on this sick man!

I agree with you on this if anyone takes up for this sick man there must be something wrong with them too. I don't believe he was set up either i believe that he is a very very sick man that need to be in very big trouble for what he done there is no telling what else he was doing and what else he could do. Don Waterman is a very sick person. From my understanding he has told all the women that he has got with that he was a Pastor or he was really high up in the ministry but really any truly he was not. And from what I hear is that when he went to church he would pass gas and stuff and when he went to driffent church things he would pass gas too. But God will get him for everything he has done so I hope he ask God to forgive for what he has done. But us as christian just need to pray for him.

This is the second time in a short time that some preacher starts to call himself Bishop, and gets into some kind of
trouble that is unnecessary. Does the title they give themselves make themselves think they are above the laws of the land? They are committed to support these laws because the Bible they preach from is, in many cases, the basis of those laws. I wonder about these persons. They are, in my opinion, a detrement to The religion they represent.

Nothing is wrong w/me but do you in fact know this particular family such as his wife? Did you know that this was a scheme to get rid of him?..I don't believe in child pornography nor do I participate in any pornography but Don is not the man that ppl have portrayed him to be this is simply a witch hunt from ppl who are hypocrites and a bunch of gossiping Jezebels. This man has made sure that ppl were fed when they were hungry, hes come to ppls houses to pray for them when they lost thier loved ones, hes led ppl to god when they were lost in thier own self pity or shame, he's told females even young ones to dress more appropriately, he's talked ppl out of suicide and led them to god made them feel they were worth somebody, he's taken ppl to the hospital when they didnt have the gas to go, offered to dolly vihicles when they were disabled, he was a good provider, fixed his wife's rental home, he has torn himself up with his hands repairing demages to her house, he was allways on the go for others than worried about himself even though he had his vehicle that was torn up. Were you there personally when he supposedly admitted to this so called evidence?. He has told me what he admitted to and what you say on here does not match. This has been heresay from the same family that dislikes him, there is another story to this that comes from the horses mouth. They (meaning the jail) don't have luxaries as we do such for bubble baths, a barber or hairdresser nor blowdryers to dress themselves up since when does a person who is in jail look like a model? Take a look at your drivers liscence if you have one, do you look like a model in it? no because you look like a freaking convict!!!. Why are you looking at a cover of the book when inside of it is better to look at. the Pharises and Sagises crucified Jesus because he dressed in a robe and had long hair? did that make him a cross dresser?.

If you have never toured the jail I urge you to so. Everbody needs to go out and look around.
Either Sherriff Waller or Carol Sutton will be glad to show you around. THe inmates pay for what they get now from T-shirts underwear etc.
I would not want to be locked up there but other people must like it they keep coming back.

the rest of that family who is named the mauldins are not even better when one named jamie got arrested for public drunkeness or worship capes at thier church like they do. there was a little girl at the mauldins church that was abused by the mauldins and was told to me by one of them did they lie to me I wonder and if they did what are they doing with Lies in the church? Of course that is heresay but in fact noticed things with my own eyes such as girls dressing unaproriately and disgusting that's why I stop attending the church. The ppl there in church made fun of others frequently mainly ben and skipper mauldin the so called preachers who act hypocritically. I know this man personally he is a very sick twisted man. I know a few times I have caught him staring at teenagers. Ok alot of you DO NOT KNOW WHO IN THE WORLD YOUR CONFUSING WITH WHO!!!!Bishop Frank Todd is NOT the one in jail for this crime, nor did he have anything to do with it And neither did the Church Of God!!!!! Don Waterman has not been connected with this church for almost a year, Giving people labels without knowing what you are talking about is GOSSIP!!! Which is a bunch of you know what! Please get your stories striaght before condemming other people and espically a Church! If you are that strong about knowing what's going on at the church, service times are Sunday 10-11 am for bible study, 11-12 for service and Tues 6 pm for service, stop by and get the REAL STORY OF THE CHURCH!!!! Jesus does not lie, he died for us, alot more than I can say for some of Barnesville residents.

Can someone please fill me in on watermans past history. I know he has not been in the county more than 3 or maybe 4 yrs and that he came from michigan. Has he ever been arrested for something like this before? I just think there is something lurking behind that wall of his past. Im hearing conflicting storys of him being setup etc. To be denied bond time after time there is more to this than what info im getting. Just comment on this if anyone will. thanks
