'Carrera Kids' strut their stuff

These are just a few of the happy faces at the finale luncheon for the Carrera program at the Lamar County Activity Center. Banks said the city is “very proud of having this pilot program here -- it proves there is no limit to what people can accomplish when they come together for a purpose.”
